The master bedroom located on the upper floor features a private bath with double sinks, a separate shower stall, a soaking tub, a recessed skylight, and walk-in closet. Straight ahead, large double doors lead to a spacious master suite including a king-sized bed, and a sitting room complete with game table or if need be its perfect for a third bedroom. Situated between the two rooms is a entertainment center that can be enjoyed from either room. The second bedroom, located on the lower floor, is entered through the foyer and features ample closet space and a connecting bath. The kitchen makes life easy. It features name brand appliances, a built in microwave, all the necessary utensils and service-ware, and also a service bar. Also located on the lower floor are your dining and living areas which are accessible through the foyer. In the living room you will find that nothing has been overlooked. It features a fold out sofa for those extra guests plus a home entertainment system. This living area offers an adjoining porch. Swallowtail is located on the newly renovated Heron Point Golf Course and also offers the owner a recreational pool area complete with hot tub.
